Prices
Our prices begin at $800 up to $2500 for the rare and unusual colors. Most of our Shih Tzus have champion pedigrees and rare color. We put a great deal of time and money into the care of our dogs and you will get a healthy, well socialized puppy, that is guaranteed genetically for a period of 1 year. This is the reason for the extra cost. Our puppies are with us; they see us constantly and are handled several times throughout the day. This makes a more behaved and happy puppy, which makes the adjustment to a new home easier for all involved. They are puppy pad trained starting at 4 weeks of age and if they are here with us after they have received their second set of vaccinations, we start training them to go potty outdoors. Our little ones are very intelligent and make loving family members. We reserve the right to adjust our prices as puppies mature and we get a better idea of size, color and quality, as long as no deposit has been received.
Deposit
We have changed our deposit agreement. Deposits are 30% of the original cost of the puppy and are non refundable under any circumstances. Please be sure you want a puppy before contacting us. However, we will transfer any deposits to a future puppy of your choice should you change your mind.
Balance must be paid 1 week prior to your puppy being shipped, so that we have ample time to get a health certificate and make flight arrangements.
We do not have a waiting list as we prefer to take deposits only after litters are on the ground and we know what we have.
Shipping
We do offer shipping thru the airlines. Our preferred airline is Continental, as they are climate controlled and take very good care of the puppies. However we will use any airline the buyer prefers. Just let us know which airlines fly into your local airport. We make all the arrangements for you, so all you have to do is be on time to pick up your puppy when he/she arrives.
Shipping usually runs around $250 and this includes the airline fee, airline approved crate and health certificate. Overseas shipping is more and will be discussed when necessary. We prefer not to ship our babies on long flights, but have done so before with no problems.
We also invite our puppy buyers to come to our home and pick up their puppy in person.
Form of Payment
We accept paypal or USPS money orders ONLY and prefer cash if picking up your puppy in person.

We include a clay paw print kit with your new puppy, this is something we have found that gets the kids involved and they LOVE IT! I also have found some of my adult puppy buyers enjoy making their pets pawprint as well. It is a valuable keepsake of your beloved pet that you can treasure forever.
Signed Contract and Guarantee must be returned in 60 days or it becomes null and void.
If you are picking up a puppy, CASH ONLY is accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
